Colony Hardware acquires Allied Fastener & Tool
Colony Hardware Corp., the Orange, Conn.-based distributor of tools, fasteners, construction and safety products, has acquired Allied Fastener & Tool.
Based in Lake Worth, Fla., Allied is a four-unit retailer that specializes in professional fastening systems, power tools and construction products.
Allied also operates locations in Orlando, Port St. Lucie and Sarasota. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Including this acquisition, Colony Hardware now operates 25 locations in 10 states including Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
