Beacon acquires a roofing distributor

Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. has acquired Woodfeathers, Inc., a Portland, Oregon-based distributor of residential roofing and related products.

Woodfeathers has been around since 1955. Today, it maintains four branches in  Portland, Beaverton, Oregon City and Vancouver, Washington.
