ABC completes major Norandex deal

A major acquisition announced by ABC Supply in September has now reached completion, marking the company's largest purchase in five years.

ABC Supply Co., Inc. has finalized its purchase of Norandex Building Materials Distribution, Inc., based in Hudson, Ohio.

With the addition of 103 new locations thanks to Norandex, ABC Supply now has over 600 locations in 49 states and the District of Columbia, with sales of more than $6 billion.
