Nano grind technology, said Diablo, features the industry’s “highest grinding tolerances for ultimate tracking control and longest cutting life.”
Diablo Tools has a one-blade solution for framing: The Demo Demon framing and demolition saw blade, featuring what it called its new optimized Dura-Blend carbide.
With this saw blade, said Russell Kohl, president and CEO of Diablo/Freud Tools, “we’ve created a specialized carbide meant to withstand the toughest materials, applied it to revolutionary blade geometry and manufactured a blade that will help professionals get up to 15X the cutting life from their favorite cordless or corded saws.”
The 7-¼ inch, 24-teeth blade has an optimized thin kerf design to deliver ease, speed and accuracy to professionals that are used to dealing with high-AMP thick kerf blades. (Kerf is the width of the saw blade.)
The company said this plays a pivotal role in providing efficient, energy saving cuts, even among the grittiest materials.
The blade has a triple-grind, Chamfer Alternate Top Bevel (ATB) tooth geometry for ultimate tracking control, said the firm.
