New at this year’s National Hardware Show in Las Vegas, which bows Thursday, will be the NHS Backyard.
It’s a place where, quoting the NHS: “Hardware and home improvement come alive.”
According to the NHS, this outdoor experience is driven by what it terms a changing consumer landscape and will be highlighted by, “brand activations, live demonstrations and engaging discussions.”
Activities in the new Backyard area are divided into what it calls ‘SunUp’ for interactive product demonstrations and discussions, and ‘SunDown’ for industry networking and unwinding activities.
In the Backyard, “attendees interact with products, discover new ways to create in-store experiences and reconnect with industry colleagues,” NHS noted.
“This will be an experience-driven environment that fosters creativity and connection,” it wrote.
