Business Excellence: Shannon Zack

Shannon Zack has worked in the lumber and hardware business for over 29 years for BFS/ San Lorenzo lumber. She is the General Manager of the Santa Cruz California location. She took over this location last year leading a team of over 35. 

Promoting four team members this year to key roles at different locations. 

“I am so grateful to those that helped teach me along the way,” she said. “I now find joy in seeing others learn and grow and have so many opportunities. Just show up- for yourself and for others.”
