Business Excellence: Sandy Bell

Sandy Bell is the senior general line product manager at Boise Cascade BMD. Her responsibilities include purchasing and inventory maintenance while leading the sales charge for her assigned product lines.

She recently added several new products to keep innovative options in front of customers. Sandy is always seeking new sources and negotiating with established suppliers to improve profitability, stay ahead of market volatility, and keep our customers competitive.

Communication in all areas is key, said Sandy. “I strive to be valuable to customers with timely market news, finding ways to say ‘yes’, and proactively reach out in anticipation of their purchases to have the best chance of securing their business and be their first thought when needs arise.”
