Business Excellence: Nichole Higgins

Nichole Higgins is the learning and development manager at Hampton Lumber. She is responsible for the L&D across the entire organization of 2200 employees.

In the past ten years, Nichole has trained more than 100 employees; implemented both updated proprietary software and new software; led the organization in wellness initiatives and change management; earned her Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt; been an advocate and teacher of conscious communication efforts; and was recently promoted to the newly designed learning and development manager role.
