Business Excellence: Melissa Zvonek

Melissa Zvonek is VP field services at Builders FirstSource.

Her career began 34 years ago with Erb Lumber while attending college. Through career advancements, Melissa has worked with successful teams in operations management, help desk management, project management/acquisitions and business process development.

She holds the honor as first female location manager for Stock Building Supply. Post BMC/ Stock merger in 2015, as senior manager leading ERP integrations, her team successfully converted 135 locations.

Post BMC/ BFS merger in 2021, as VP of field services, her team serves the business through onboarding of their M&A, training, and conversions. Her company has successfully completed more than 100 system conversions and onboarded 50 new sites through M&A.
