Business Excellence: Melissa Tuttle

Melissa Tuttle is the senior director of store operations at Lowe’s.

She leads a team to drive engagement, recognition, productivity and support for the 70k associates who work in the front end and fulfillment areas of the stores.

Melissa and team are also leading a front end remodel in all 1,730 stores designed to improve associate efficiency and customer experience at checkout, returns and pickup; and to increase merchandise sales in convenience categories.

In addition, Melissa is co-chair of the Women Empowered Business Resource Group at Lowe’s. The WEBRG offers enrichment programs to its 1,200+ members like mentoring circles, book clubs, and networking events.
