Business Excellence: Megan Menzer

Megan Menzer owns and operates a True Value Hardware store, and a firearms company in Cherryvale, Kansas. Megan is a Consultant for a company out of New York.  

Megan has received several professional recognitions, including the Top Gun Award from Hardware Retailing magazine, Spirit of Independence Award and Young Retailer of the Year from the North American Retail Hardware Association. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in management and marketing from Pittsburg State University (Kansas).

Her board experience includes TV Cooperative Company Board since 2021, she currently serves as Chairman of the TV Co-op Board, NRHA Board of Directors from 2012-2019, Chairman of the NRHA Board of Directors, Cherryvale Chamber of Commerce President, Cherryvale Main Street board member and ECI advisory board.

Megan has been very involved in the True Value Cooperative, including participation in the Young Retailer Group, True Value Marketing Council, Retail Best Practices panels and appeared in True Value commercials. Megan was featured on the HGTV hit show Designing Spaces.
