Business Excellence: Ann Balosky

Ann Balosky is the corporate manager of new business at Ace Hardware. She is a 36-year veteran of the hardware industry, who began her career at an Ace store, then moved to the headquarters in 1993.

With 22 years in consumer marketing, she launched acehardware.com, Ace gift card, and led the local channel efforts.

Now in new business driving innovation and efficiencies resulting in record new stores, Ann is a recipient of the Love Award, which is the highest Ace value and the “You nailed it” Award for her efforts with the Women at Ace initiative, which she co-led for 15+ years.
