Business Excellence: Angie Uhall

Angie Uhall is the construction manager at Zeeland Lumber.

As director of commercial contracts, she on-boards and manages all contracted commercial projects. Their contracts range in size from $50,000 to several million, include all product lines, framing labor, installation of windows and exterior doors, and can take months to complete.

Angie said her background encompasses all facets of the construction process from back office accounting and insurance to jobsite material and labor management.

In 2023, the acquisition of a large framing operation doubled their volume overnight but due to a talented team, solid procedures, and an understanding of the full operational needs, they are successfully exceeding all expectations for sales and margin.
