Angie Maxwell is the manager of the treated and engineered wood products department at LBM Advantage.
After starting in the industry in 1984 at an independent lumberyard, she landed at ENAP/LBM Advantage 37 years ago.
Since 2006, Angie has managed the treated and engineered wood products department where she is responsible for developing new product lines, negotiating vendor programs, creating member pipelines for product sales, and strengthening relationships with vendor partners and co-op members.
Angie mentors a staff of six traders, which include four women, and is responsible for a $523M budget. My motto, she said, is: “Never forget where you came from and remember to thank those who pushed you beyond your comfort level to success.”
