BlueLinx and LP continue to expand partnership

New distribution moves are set for the Pacific Northwest and Mississippi.

BlueLinx and LP Building Solutions have continued to ramp up their distribution partnership throughout 2023.

BlueLinx Holdings Inc., the wholesale distributor of building products, and LP Building Solutions have expanded their partnership once again.

The expanded collaboration will include LP SmartSide Trim & Siding and LP SmartSide ExpertFinish Trim & Siding, in BlueLinx’s Seattle and Spokane, Washington branches. 

Both product lines will be sold throughout the entire distribution footprint for these two locations, including Hawaii and Alaska. 

Additionally, BlueLinx will now distribute LP SmartSide Trim & Siding through its Gulfport, Mississippi location. This expansion brings BlueLinx's stocking footprint of LP SmartSide to 14 locations, spanning 4 of LP's regions across the United States.

This strategic partnership aligns with our commitment to offer best-in-class specialty products to our customers, builders, and contractors.”

In June, the two companies extended their distribution partnership in the Southeast. The companies also expanded their partnership in the Southeast and Midwest in February.

BlueLinx services national home centers, prodealers, cooperatives, specialty distributors, regional and local dealers, and industrial manufacturers in all 50 states.
