Scott Zubrow has joined Benjamin Obdyke as its new market development manager for Long Island, N.Y.
Zubrow comes to Benjamin Obdyke following nearly four years at Henry, a manufacturer of weather-resistive barriers, flashing, and roofing systems.
“Scott brings unmatched experience in the building systems category to Benjamin Obdyke, so he has been able to hit the ground running in support of our building and design customers,” said Joe Holcombe, sales director for Benjamin Obdyke. “Scott’s expertise and passion for building science and problem-solving make him an invaluable addition to our team as we promote a systems-based approach to the building envelope.”
Zubrow will primarily be responsible for pull-through sales, educating builders and architects on Benjamin Obdyke’s products and systems, as well as providing technical support for customers on the jobsite.

Along with his time at Henry, Zubrow has been involved in the building industry for most of his career, including sales positions at flooring distributors The Belknap White Group and Derr Flooring Co., and serving as an Architectural Specialist for importer General Woodcraft.
