Avon Plastics hires new VP of sales and marketing

Avon Plastics announced the addition of Doug DeLuca as vice president of sales and marketing.
DeLuca has over 30 years of home improvement expertise in varying functions, including national program management for both a big box retailer and distributor, national training director
responsibilities for home improvement manufacturers, regional installation management for exterior building products, sales management, and personal in-home sales.
The new vice president has worked with The Home Depot, Fortune Brands/PlyGem Industries, Harvey Windows, and Lansing
Building Products.
