L&W Supply Corporation has acquired Ace Supply Inc. in Montgomery, Ala.
Founded in 1967, Ace Supply is a single-branch, family owned and operated business that serves Montgomery and the surrounding market. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ace Supply focuses on residential and commercial markets, providing drywall, ceilings, steel stud, insulation and related products.
“With the acquisition of Ace Supply, we can continue to grow our footprint and expand our service to contractors in Alabama,” said Dan Piche, president of L&W Supply.
Based in Chicago, L&W operates 141 branches in 35 states and distributes wallboard, suspended ceiling tiles, steel studs, joint treatment, insulation, EIFS, fasteners and related building products. L&W is a subsidiary of ABC Supply.
