L&W Supply expands in California
L&W Supply Corporation, the Chicago-based building materials distributor, has acquired Wright Bros. Supply.
Founded in Santa Rosa, Calif. In 1980 as a full-service drywall yard, Wright Bros. also operates branches in Benicia and Chico. The company serves markets north of the San Francisco Bay market and provides drywall and exterior products, including stucco.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We’re excited to grow our footprint and we look forward to expanding our service to many new professional interior contractors in Northern California,” said Dan Piche, president of L&W Supply.
L&W operates 140 branches in 35 states and distributes wallboard, suspended ceiling tiles, steel studs, joint treatment, insulation, and fasteners along with related building products.
