Arnold Lumber names new VP
Rhode Island-based Arnold Lumber has named Steve Rendine as VP of multi-family/light commercial, per a post on LinkedIn.
It writes:
"This new leadership role marks a key step in the company’s expansion into a rapidly growing market segment. Steve brings a wealth of experience and proven leadership with 42 years in the lumber and building material industry, including the last 18 years in the roles of general manager, purchasing director, and sales manager with Douglas Lumber."
In his new role, the company says Rendine will lead the development of Anold's multi-family/light commercial segment, overseeing purchasing, sales and team building.
“We are extremely excited to bring on Steve as part of the Arnold Lumber team. His expertise in the industry is unparalleled, and I could not choose anyone better to head our efforts to break into the multi-family/light commercial segment,” said Matt Semonik, Arnold Lumber's chief operating officer of lumber operations. “Adding Steve aligns perfectly with our growth strategy of increasing our existing capabilities and continuing our service area expansion into the surrounding states.”
Rendine will report directly to Matt Semonik, and the company says, "His appointment reflects Arnold Lumber’s commitment to excellence and its dedication to meeting the evolving needs of our valued customer base."
