84 Lumber plans to expand hiring at its latest door shop in Dallas.
2020 has been a record-breaking year for 84 Lumber with the company hitting $4 billion in sales for the first time in its 65-year history.
The past year has also featured the opening of new stores, door shops, and component plants across the country. The dealer plans to carry its momentum and expansion plants into 2021.
The company’s new Dayton, Ohio store is set to open in early next year, and the Richmond, Va. component plant is currently under construction and will soon produce trusses to the surrounding area.
Additionally, 84 Lumber is expanding into Stockton, Cali.; Boise, Idaho; Detroit, Mich.; and more, the company said.
Based in Eighty Four, Pa., 84 Lumber operates more than 250 locations in 3 states, including retail lumberyards, component manufacturing plants, custom door shops, custom millwork shops and engineered wood product centers.
