Westlake Ace adds another in Kansas
Westlake Ace Hardware agreed to acquire Augusta Ace Home Center, a family-owned retailer in Augusta, Kansas. The acquisition will be completed on March 17, 2025.
Augusta Ace Home Center, located at 316 West 7th Avenue in Augusta, will be rebranded as Westlake Ace Hardware after the acquisition is finalized. The store will retain current management and personnel.
Pat and Diane Herian have owned Augusta Ace Home Center for more than 20 years, having purchased the store in 2002 after Pat’s 16-year career in the retail hardware business. “We are excited for our employees and customers that Westlake Ace Hardware is acquiring Augusta Ace Home Center. In addition to their solid reputation and strong commitment to community service, Westlake Ace’s extensive resources and focus on operational excellence will help this store grow and thrive for many years to come,” said Pat Herian.
