84 Lumber, in partnership with Meritage Homes and MiTek, a construction technology firm, recently completed a construction of a home in roughly eight hours. 

Beyond speed, 84 Lumber says this collaborative project offers a glimpse into a future where technology fuels "smarter, more efficient and waste-free construction."
