Recognizing the need for a design studio that matches the quality of their homes, Fine Line Homes set out to transform their Harrisburg Design Studio. Their goal was to create an inviting, modern space where clients could explore and select finishes in a hands-on environment, ensuring every home truly reflects the homeowner’s vision and unique style.
To bring this concept to life, Fine Line Homes partnered with BMF, an industry leader in showroom design, supply, and installation. Through a collaborative process, BMF worked closely with Fine Line Homes to reimagine the space, incorporating a light color palette for the custom displays that keeps the focus on the products while optimizing the layout to improve flow and functionality. The result is a showroom that is not only visually appealing but also practical for clients making important home design decisions.
The redesigned studio offers a fresh, timeless, and customer-centric environment where visitors can explore an extensive selection of materials, including siding, shingles, stone, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, and more. This interactive approach allows clients to confidently make informed decisions, supported by Fine Line Homes’ team of experts, ensuring that each selection contributes to their dream home.
With the success of the Harrisburg Design Studio grand opening, Fine Line Homes is actively working with BMF to redesign and renovate four additional design studios. While each location will uphold the same core design philosophy, they will be tailored to fit the unique needs of their respective markets, further solidifying Fine Line Homes’ reputation as a leader in custom home building.
