Tando Composites names sales manager

Tando Composites, a division of Derby Building Products, has appointed Michael Phillips as senior territory sales manager, covering Ohio, Michigan, and Western Pennsylvania. With over 25 years of experience in building products, Phillips brings extensive sales and channel management expertise.

Phillips has held several leadership roles throughout his career, including nearly two decades at AZEK Building Products, where he served as regional sales manager in the Ohio Valley. His experience also includes business development with Windsor One, where he expanded markets across Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. He excels in developing markets, driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with channel partners, per Tando.

In his new role, Tando says Phillips will focus on growing sales and market share for Tando's Beach House Shake and TandoStone products.
