SRS goes ‘All In’ for roofing distributor
Roofing giant SRS Distribution Inc. acquired A.L.L. Roofing Materials, a distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in San Jose, CA, A.L.L. operates a network of three branches, servicing professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors, and remodelers.
A.L.L.’s other locations include Salinas, Calif.; and Lake Havasu, Ariz. The company’s senior management team, Phil Quinet and Michelle Cassady, will continue to lead their teams under the A.L.L banner,
According to the announcement, the management structure will ensure “continuity and consistency for customers and supplier partners.”

The move puts SRS in 12 locations in the Northern California region, described by Tinker as “large and attractive.”
“By combining the resources of SRS with the local relationships and knowledge of A.L.L., we will further enhance our ability to service customers, support our supplier partners, and provide growth opportunities for our employees,” Tinker added.
Founded in 2008, McKinney, Texas-based SRS operates more than 350 locations in 44 states. The company’s locations are described as “a family of distinct local brands.” The company is part of the portfolio of Leonard Green & Partners and Berkshire Partners.
