Rising Stars: Jessica Casavecchia

Jessica Casavecchia is the senior merchant – home organization for Lowe’s U.S. Stores. She is responsible for the strategic vision, execution and financial aspect for the organization business across all U.S. Lowe’s stores.

She directly leads a team of seven and indirectly ~35 that manages organizational categories (closet organization and accessories, plastic storage, moving program, shelving, kitchen organization, and folding furniture), product line reviews and development, vendor negotiations, inventory management and omni channel growth.

Casavecchia said she is passionate about achieving results, having her team recognized for exceptional work, and being hyper-focused on customer needs.
