WD-40 Company adds a director
WD-40 Company has expanded its board of directors with the appointment of Melissa Claassen.
Effective March 24, Claassen will join the board's Corporate Governance Committee, comprising the board's ninth director.

"Our Europe, Middle East and Africa business segment currently generates approximately 40% of our net sales. We believe having a board member living within one of the countries of this business segment will provide our board with a valuable regional perspective."
Claassen is the VP, business unit finance for the adidas Group, leading financial and team-building initiatives across the company's various divisions.
She joined adidas Australia in 1996 and has progressed through various financial leadership roles since.
At the moment, she lives and works in southern Germany.
