Tractor Supply promotes Pilkington
Tractor Supply Company has promoted Mary Winn Pilkington to senior vice president of investor relations and public relations.
Pilkington has served as the retailer’s vice president of investor relations and public relations since 2018.

Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Pilkington spent nearly nine years with Dollar General, most recently as SVP of investor relations and public relations. Prior to Dollar General, Pilkington served as vice president of investor relations and public relations at the Pepsi Bottling Group, where she spent nearly 10 years. Under Pilkington’s leadership, the Investor Relations programs at all three companies have received national recognition and accolades during her tenure, Tractor Supply said.
She also spent 10 years at International Paper in various finance positions of increasing responsibility. Pilkington began her career with Ernst & Young.
Based in Brentwood, Tenn., Tractor Supply recently opened its 1,800 store. The company also operates 177 Petsense stores in 26 states.
