Toro just made us a mixtape
Toro is making moves in the music industry, but not by taking the traditional route.
The lawn and garden company has launched its own music-streaming station on Pandora, providing users with a readily accessible mix of tunes that are suited for outdoor activities.
The "Toro Yard Tunes" Pandora station was inspired by Toro's latest song, "All-Wheel Drive."
“Sharing music gives Toro a new way to connect with people in the yard,” explains Wade Tollison, senior marketing manager at Toro. “We know music can inspire and motivate people to move, and that includes getting outside to enhance their landscape and enjoy their yard. We want to share some of that inspiration with Pandora listeners…music to mow by!”
The song “All-Wheel Drive” can be downloaded on iTunes and Amazon at toro.com/walkerjhill. Proceeds from downloads made through September 5, 2016, will be donated to Project EverGreen – GreenCare for Troops, a national outreach program that helps connect military families and veterans to volunteers who provide free lawn and landscape services.
