Senator John Barrasso to speak at NLBMDA Spring Meeting

The NLBMDA Spring Meeting and Legislative Conference, which takes place in Washington, D.C. next week from April 18-20, has a newly announced guest speaker.

Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) will be the featured speaker at the Washington Briefing Breakfast.

Barrasso has been representing Wyoming since 2007 and is the fourth-ranking member in the Senate Republican leadership as Chairman of the Senate Republican Policy Committee.

He serves on the Senate Committee on the Environment & Public Works, as well as the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.  He also serves as chairman of the Subcommittee of Public Lands and Forests, where he has influence over issues ranging from energy efficiency and lumber production.
