REPORT: New Rona prototype unveiled in British Columbia
The Rona location in Vernon, British Columbia, is open for business after undergoing 2.5 million Canadian dollars (US$1.94 million) in renovations.
Located roughly 270 miles northeast of Vancouver, the store is the first Rona location to undergo the transformation, which has been designed to reflect new property trends in the market.
Brighter rooms, open floor plans and outdoor spaces designed to be an extension of the interior are placement or departments within the store along with the store’s layout and product placement.
Rona is a banner of Lowe’s Canada, which maintains more than 630 corporate and independent affiliate dealer stores under the Rona, Réno-Dépôt, Ace and Lowe’s brand names.
