Readers Respond: Is this housing bubble about to burst?

The dust hasn't settled on the Great Recession -- at least long enough to make anyone readily forget the calm that came before the storm.

With housing prices recently up to a 33-month high, we decided to ask our readers whether they were nervous about these big gains in the economy.

Roughy half of those who responded said they weren't in panic mode yet, but that's not to say they aren't wary of the possibility: 49% said "not yet. But hold that thought" in regard to the possibility of another crash.

Another 36% said: "in a boom/bust economy, another crash is a real concern."

Only 15% said "No -- buyers have learned their lesson."
