For the second month in a row, the National Association of Realtors reported a decline in existing-home sales. January’s drop in sales contrasts with the residential construction gains reported in January for single-family and total housing starts.

Elsewhere on the dashboard, stocks tracked by HBSDealer continue to congregate in the top left quadrant, indicating growth for the year, but declines for the month.
