Masonite promotes an exec

Masonite International Corporation has promoted Tony Hair to the role of president, Global Residential Business.

Hair was previously serving as SVP and Business Leader -- Residential. Now, he will be in charge of leading the residential business in North America and the United Kingdom, as well as Masonite's customer experience team, which he is taking over from Larry Repar, who is retiring in August.

“Since joining Masonite in October 2013, Tony has made a substantial impact by delivering solid business results, building a strong and talented customer focused organization and leading the transformation of Masonite’s brand,” said Fred Lynch, president and CEO. “Adding the responsibility for the customer experience team is a logical next step and an opportunity to leverage Tony’s knowledge and experience.”
