Lukas Nursery chooses Epicor Eagle N Series solution

Epicor Software Corporation has announced that Lukas Nursery will implement the Epicor Eagle N Series retail business management solution to help it reduce inventory, develop a customer loyalty program and make better business decisions.

“We are implementing Epicor Eagle N Series because it fits our nursery and garden center retail business model and will ultimately make our business stronger,” said Caleb Lukas, co-owner of Lukas Nursery. “Prior to selecting Epicor, we were running the business on a totally manual operation model -- relying on our old cash registers at point of sale and trusting the memories of management when it came to back-office operations.

“Epicor Eagle N Series software will make the entire customer experience process much more efficient. The advanced analytics data will allow us to provide more information to our customers about what we have in stock, what we’re planning to have in stock and even insight into what they have purchased in the past -- increasing customer satisfaction and sales simultaneously. Florida-based Lukas Nursery is a fourth-generation family-owned agri-business, which features a gift shop and its Butterfly Encounter attraction.
