Laufen expands 'Tuna' line in the U.S.

2/20/2018

Citing a threshold level of North American Demand, Swiss brand Laufen is adding two scaled-down versions of its popular Ilbagnoalessi One vanity basins -- known less formally as the "Tuna" -- to its U.S. product offerings.

"We're honored and proud to be able to offer this expansion of our signature Ilbagnoalessi One series to our valued North American partners," says Javier Korneluk, U.S. managing director of Laufen. "The global and enduring popularity of the Ilbagnoalessi One series is testament to Laufen's long-standing reputation as the world's most in-demand and technologically advanced sanitary product manufacturer. We're pleased to be able to offer these new products to our customers, and we are confident that they will find them extraordinarily beautiful, brilliantly engineered and unlike anything else available on the marketplace."

The basins will each be available in left or right-facing installations as well as a host of other design options for hospitality and commercial applications.

The new line, which also includes a floorstanding washbasin and accessories such as a toilet paper holder, shelf towel holder and towel hook, comes in white and is finished with a Laufen Clean Coat.

The Ilbagnoalessi One series, designed by Stefano Giovannoni, was first introduced to the market in 2002.
