Klumb Lumber names new Texas general manager

Klumb Lumber has announced the appointment of Brian Herndon as general manager of Klumb Forest Products Tyler, Texas, operations.

Previously, Herndon managed operations at multiple Cassity Jones Lumber locations since 1997. He has worked in the lumber business since 1982.

“We’re delighted to welcome Brian to Klumb Lumber -- he’s a seasoned industry manager with the talent and background we aim for in our operations,” said Dennis Allen, Klumb Lumber president and COO.

Founded in 1945, Klumb Lumber is a forest products business in the southeastern United States, spanning Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama as a distributor, re-manufacturer, exporter, broker and service provider of lumber and related building resources.
