Industrial Revolution recalls LED lanterns from REI stores

REI customers are being instructed to cease use of their UCO Arka LED Lanterns, manufactured by Industrial Revolution Inc. The lantern's wall charger plug poses a fire hazard due to its tendency to fail during normal use.

The manufacturer is recalling approximately 2,300 units. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, no incidents or injuries have been reported. 

The recalled lantern can be identified by its model number, A1265, which is printed above the plug's prongs next to a small green dot.
