From the farmyard to the family room
Simpson Door Company, based in McCleary, Washington, rolled out a new line of exterior and interior barn doors. The new products are available in multiple mounting options.
“Straight from the farmyard, and into the family room, a rising number of homeowners are choosing barn doors as a unique and practical way to separate the spaces in their homes,” the company writes in its press release.
Simpsons new doors can be mounted on a sliding barn door track or as a traditional swing door. They also come in a “weathered” option, which provides the look of a reclaimed barn door and also the strength and stability of shop lumber, the company said.
Simpson Door Company’s line of interior and exterior stile and rail doors includes hundreds of standard options from panel to French to decorative entry doors with matching sidelights and transoms. They are available in “virtually any” wood species and size, and with dozens of glass options, the company said.
