DaVinci Roofscapes lowers pricing
Lenexa, Kansas-based DaVinci Roofscapes, makers of synthetic shake and synthetic slate roofing materials, announced a price cut.
Price reductions went into effect during the fourth quarter of 2016 and range from 11% to 16% on several of the company’s product lines. The reason cited: improved efficiency in the factory.
“Adding more workers and line equipment at our plant along with other advances have enabled us to leverage our operational efficiencies and pass the savings on to our distributors,” says Ray Rosewall, president and CEO of DaVinci Roofscapes.
The company said the recent price reductions put its Bellaforte Shake tiles below the price of many real cedar shingles, while providing resistance to fire, splitting, curling, mold and algae.
