Boise Cascade promotes a VP

Boise Cascade has named a new VP.

Jill Twedt, who currently leads the company's compliance committee, has been named VP, legal and corporate secretary.

Twedt joined Boise Cascade as senior counsel in 2007, and she currently serves as board president for Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity, board member with the United Way of Treasure Valley, and on the Board of Trustees for the College of Idaho.

"Jill's experience in working on our various acquisitions and divestitures and her knowledge of our business will help us to continue to focus on our growth and compliance efforts," commented Tom Corrick, chief executive officer of Boise Cascade.
