BMD names new regional sales manager

Building Material Distributors (BMD) has promoted Chris Martin to regional sales manager of California and northern Nevada for the Marvin Windows & Doors division.

“We are excited to have Chris Martin lead the California Marvin sales team,” said Mike Garrison, vp-BMD’s Marvin Division. “Chris is well respected and known for his ‘roll-up your sleeves’ approach to servicing our customers.”

Martin joined the Galt, Calif.-based company in 1994 and was most recently BMD’s Marvin Northern California sales manager. He graduated from California State University Fresno with a degree in business administration.

Building Material Distributors is a wholesale distributor of building materials, focusing on the Western United States.
