BMC appoints a new general counsel
BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. has hired Lanesha Minnix to serve as Senior VP and General Counsel, effective June 1, 2017.
Minnix will report to Peter Alexander, President and CEO of BMC, and replace Paul Street, who is retiring by the end of this year.

Minnix will join BMC from ABM Industries Incorporated, where she most recently served as VP, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
She has also worked for Royal Dutch Shell/Shell Oil Company and Sprint Corporation.
