Blomberg touts space-saving appliances
Blomberg has debuted its 2015 product line at the Architectural Digest Home Design Show, where several of its space-saving appliances were on-hand.
New offerings from Blomberg include a Ventless Heat Pump Dryer, energy-efficient dryers and dishwashers, and refrigerators, washing machines, ovens and cooktops.
According to Blomberg, the Ventless Heat Pump Dryer uses 50% less energy and 40% lower circulating air temperature than compact air-vented dryers. It also features a cycle for woolens, and at 24 in. wide, it's ideal for smaller living space constraints. Plus, its ventless heat pump technology makes it possible to operate anywhere in the home.
Meanwhile, the new dishwashers were dubbed Energy Star's "Most Efficient 2015." They feature sensor management systems that automatically adjust the wash intensity,as well as height-adjustable racks.
