Around the Web: True Value sues former lawyers
According to an article in the Chicago Tribune, Chicago-based hardware co-op True Value is not satisfied with its legal counsel following the company's struggle with a $100 million accounting error revealed by a 1999 audit.
The lawsuit seeks reimbursement form the firm of Goldberg, Kohn, Bell, Black, Rosenbloom & Moritz, which the co-op said encouraged it to sue its former auditor, Ernst & Young.
