2/20/2018

Window and door manufacturer Andersen has named Jay Lund, its president and CEO since March 2011, as its new chairman of the board. Lund will replace chairman Jim Humphrey, who officially retires from his board role on Feb. 22, 2013, as part of a planned transition. Humphrey joined Andersen in 1999, served as president and CEO from 2003 to 2011 and was named chairman of the board in February 2008. He joined Andersen following a 31-year career at Armstrong World Industries.

Lund joined Andersen in 1985 and served in a series of progressively responsible positions in IT, marketing, sales, distribution, logistics and general management. He became the company’s 10th president in September 2009, and became CEO when Humphrey retired from the company in April 2011.

Privately held, Andersen Corp.’s 12-member board consists of eight independent directors, two family members and two members of senior management.

Headquartered in Bayport, Minn., Andersen Corp. includes Andersen windows and doors, Renewal by Andersen and Silver Line Building Products.
