Springs Window Fashions acquires Horizons Window Fashions

Springs Window Fashions, LLC has announced the completion of its acquisition of Horizons Window Fashions, which includes the totality of its assets and its Waukegan and Gurnee, Ill. operations.

"Horizons' history dates back to 1891, and similar to Springs', has been evolving and adapting to the changing needs of their customers and the industry," explained Springs Window Fashions in a statement. "Horizons produces high-quality products, provides exceptional customer service, and brings a management team with a high level of industry knowledge, skill and integrity. These characteristics align well with Springs."

Horizons will retain its management structure and go-to-market strategies, with president Bill O'Connor reporting directly to Springs president and CEO Scott Fawcett.

Middleton, Wis.-based Springs currently operates in nine locations across the U.S. and Mexico, with a staff of approximately 5,000 associates.
