Hines launches its own mobile app

US LBM subsidiary Hines Supply is making waves of the mobile app variety. Its new Hines Mobile App is now available on the iPhone App Store to further streamline delivery tracking for its customers.

“We created the Hines Mobile App specifically for the professional remodeler, commercial and custom builder," said president Doug Jones. "We know and understand their business and the tools they need at their fingertips. This investment in technology is part of Hines’s continued commitment to customer service excellence."

The app allows users to check orders and track deliveries with real-time GPS updates, as well as view photos of the delivered order and search delivery history. 

Additionally, users can quickly view open invoices and billing history, as well as stay up to date on promotions and events.

Jones added that an Android version is due to be released in May.
