ENAP to host forest products event
New Windsor, N.Y.-based ENAP, Inc. will host its annual Forest Products Conference on Nov. 3 – 5 in Baltimore.
The industry’s top forest products mills and manufacturers will share their product expertise, strategies, and expectations of the market for 2014 and beyond, according to Duncan Facey, VP of forest products.
“Our annual Forest Product Conference is an opportunity to meet with our members and give them buying and contracting opportunities to benefit their operations through the next year,” Facey said. “We have added new seminars and executive speakers that will permit our members to profit from the insight of top industry leaders.”
Included in the event will be “Four Points of Strategic Planning,” which will take a look at how to shift companies into a management-for-success mode through organizational efficiency, sales growth, proper planning, effective performance metrics, and incentive-based compensation programs.
The even will also present: “Understanding the Changes and Challenges in Logistics,” which delves into recent trends in the trucking and rail sectors and how they impact conducting business every day.
The Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Jim Harris, founder of the Jim Harris Group and To a Higher Lever, international speaking, consulting and coaching firms
